Broke the turkey down this year. De-boned the leg and thigh. Stuffed it with peppers, onions, and thyme. Seared and roasted the breasts. Also made the standard sides – green bean casserole, sweet potatoes, roasted and mashed potatoes. Also just started some sticky buns.
